So here we are, the day after, holding our collective breath. Clearly we are a nation divided: by ethnicity and gender, by the haves and have-nots, by the bright lights of our cities and the comforts of the village green.
The winner of this contest will tell us [they always do] that it is time to put aside our differences. But how do we put aside what we believe… who we are?
More than ever, our new president must do more than fill an office. He must lead.
