Coffee


How’s this for a depulper? Throw a stream of water and coffee cherries at a wall of evil-looking rocks and let them tumble round till the pulp and skins separate. Fiendishly clever, cheap, and nothing to break-down.

    Wow…where was that picture taken? That is really fascinating. How do you seperate the beans from the pulp? Does this just take the beans to the parchment level? Do you put them through for a second pass after fermentation for them to become green beans?
