Autumn 2005 Photos
Autumn has been a curious affair this year… the weather’s been unpredictable; the storied turning of leaves more so. I’ve been taking as many photos as I can, but it’s hit and miss. Here’s the best of the season so far, packaged in a handy Flickr slideshow.

Thanks for the best of the season, I really enjoyed the show. We don’t get to much change down here in Florida actually we are watching out for TD 24. The good part is that it was 83 degrees yesterday our on the golf course at Harbor Hills. We do get some change in the Cyprus leave but not this color.

The strange part: last week we reached 83 degrees here in Vermont, as well… and still no frost.
The trees haven’t had their seasonal cues, so rather than a single splash of spectacular color, we may well have leaves *slowly* turning at Thanksgiving time.

Gorgeous photos Doug. I had forgotten how really beautiful Vermont is in the fall and you reminded me and thank you. Breath taking!
(As I said in a.c., we can chat the length and breadth of the winter) warmest aloha, Cea
