		<description>It would seem the time and patience I'm willing to spend blending is directly proportional to the cost of the green coffee beans.

Mind you, most every spendy bean I buy has more than enough merits to be enjoyed as a single-origin coffe. But from time to time I get the itch to blend something I paid dearly for... and let me tell ya, I'm nothing but patient when I do.</description>
