Organic certification is quite the ordeal, but the developed world&#039;s increasing appetite for organic products has made it an attractive option for more and more growers.  And with much organic coffee also being fair trade, it&#039;s really quite the win.  I&#039;m sure you&#039;ll be discussing the recent USDA ruling - let&#039;s hope they come to their senses and let the pendulum swing back just a bit.
