		<description>The obvious risk is that the Gesha might be a little sharp, or unbalanced as a single-origin shot. That, of course, has to be balanced against the *other* risk that an S.O. Gesha might be just wonderful and you didn't try it and so never discovered that. ;)

I'd give it a shot.</description>

I've ordered a pound of green beans from one of the vendors in the  purchasing group. I'm planning to use most of it with my vacuum pot, but the temptation is going to be to run some of it through ole Sylvia.

Anyone know if I'm going to be wasting my money if I do that?</description>
